The host Christie was very accommodating and responsive for the duration of our stay. The place was very clean, and the beds were super comfy, which is very nice after working long days in the City. Just wanted to say thank you again to the host for making the stay as nice as possible!

Everything was great. Clean, comfortable and with everything we could need at our disposal

The property has been modernized inside. I will book it again if it's available. The yard is in need of a gardener but that took nothing away from my stay. Clean and very user friendly. I come to fish the Sacramento river in Redding. It's minutes away. Downtown Redding has wonderful places to eat. Jacks Grill is a new favorite. Fall River Brewing also a new favorite for fantastic beers. Come back to Summit street and relax in front of the tv, hang out in the kitchen and go to sleep in a comfy bed. If you're lucky the neighbors cat will come say hi to you in the driveway.
